To propagate the Vedic Philosophy and to train the Preacher for Arya Samaj, an Institution was established at Lahore in 1886 named “Dayanand Bhram Mahavidyala”. After the partition of the Country ,Mahavidyala was shifted at Jalandhar  and after sometime at Shyam Churasi in Hoshiarpur but the leaders of Arya Samaj was not satisfied with the working of the Mahavidyala. They wanted it as a full-fledged Institution but due to some reason it could not be possible at this palace. In 1956 Dr. Mehar Chand Mahajan, the former Chief Justice of India and then ,President DAV College Managing Committee decided to rehabilitate this Mahavidyala at Hissar. They were welcomed by the people of hissar, Principal Gian Chand Mahajan of Dayanand Collage Hissar dedicated himself for this noble cause of propagation of Vedas. At present, there are 50 students studying in this institution under the guidance of Dr. Pramod Yogarthi. Sh. Punam Suri is working as Chairman of Dayanand Bhram Mahavidyala ,Hissar.
